FIND THE ROOT CAUSE OF SYMPTOMS

An in-depth, 90-minute appointment that allows us to get to the root cause(s) of your physical symptoms. We will discuss what is happening on a deeper level physically and emotionally, and we will create a plan to correct imbalances so that you can live a happy, healthy, full life! I use Dietetics, Herbology, Muscle Response Testing, Homeopathy, Breathwork/Yoga, and Energy Work to bring balance back into the body, dependent on the client's needs.

TOUCHING BASE

For any client who has seen me within the last 6 months. We talk through your protocol and make adjustments to supplements, dietary needs and movement ​as you heal and the body's needs change.

Reiki/Energy Work

BALANCE THE BODY

I have had clients come to me for Energy Work following concussions, spinal alignment issues, sexual trauma, relationships ending, ankle surgery, and every health concern from autoimmune disorder to menstrual irregularities. Everything is energy, and an in-pour of clear energy allows old, stagnant energy that is no longer serving us to leave the body and make room.

I use a combination of traditional Reiki and the Colorado Nursing Association's Light Healing Touch to help:

• Relieve pain

• Open energy channels

• Alleviate depression, anxiety and grief

• Promote relaxation

• Regulate the nervous system

• Catalyze and enhance healing through different modalities
